Shipping policy

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to pack and dispatch all orders placed before 11am on the same working day (Mon-Fri). 

Orders received after 11am on a Friday (including weekend) are dispatched the following Monday.

We do not dispatch on weekends or bank holidays.

Shipping Service:

Our standard shipping is Royal Mail Tracked with Signature 48 Hour (2-3 working days).
